CLEANING POLICY

TRASH POLICY

Clean up is the responsibility of customer and must be completed by noon the day after the event or cleaning deposit of $200 is forfeited.  Mops, brooms and cleaning supplies will be provided for use.
All trash must be placed in thick black trash bags which the customer must supply and venue owner will remove if done accordingly.  Trash cans are furnished.

MUSIC

SECURITY

Bands and DJ's are allowed.  All music must end by Midnight.  This is enforced by the Surry County Sheriff's department.
A licensed security guard is available for an extra fee of $175 from the hours of 8pm to 12:​30am.
